Based in Leicester and founded in 2009, healthcare recruitment firm, Pearson Anderson, is managed by CEO Amit Kainth.
The business began by placing pharmacists from the UK and Europe into companies, before expanding its offering in the fields of optometry, nursing and healthcare assistants and support workers. The business also began franchising in July 2015 and successfully oversaw the creation of several franchises operating in the care industry.
As well as a large independent portfolio, Pearson Anderson also has contracts with organisations including Bupa, Four Seasons, HC one, Avante Car and Care UK. The business was awarded the NHS framework to supply healthcare professionals to over 1,400 trusts across the UK.
Pearson Anderson has a head office function in Leicester with 30 staff members, as well as training staff who are sent out nationally to support local offices.
Pearson Anderson is an ambitious company which saw an opportunity to grow at a time when the UK Government relaxed the visa rules for doctors and nurses. With a network of recruiters across Europe, Pearson Anderson was well placed to help find the talent the UK needed.

Pearson Anderson needed support in payroll management so looked to Bibby Financial Services (BFS) to structure a Recruitment Finance and Bad Debt Protection funding package.
The structured funding line ensured that payroll is effectively managed by a designated BFS back office support team and the business was supported in the event of debtor non-payment as a result of protracted debt or insolvency.
This arrangement allowed Pearson Anderson to free up time to prioritise growth and concentrate on offering services to new clients.
