Steve has over 20 years’ experience in financial services and spent 13 years working in Lloyds Banking Group within commercial finance for SMEs. He has held a variety of leadership positions within Lloyds, most recently as National Head of Invoice and Asset Finance Sales.

Dan has over 15 years’ experience within commercial finance and corporate banking across the SME and mid-market space. Dan heads up the Corporate North team which supports a range of transactions including Working Capital & Cashflow.

Steve has been in the Asset Based Lending and Invoice Financing world for more than 25 years, holding a variety of positions including many years as Southern Sales Director for one of the industry’s leading asset based lenders. Steve leads the Corporate South team, offering financial solutions for our largest and more complex clients.
Head of Sales - South West
Steve has been in financial services for over 35 years, with the last 20 years specialising in Invoice Finance. Steve has managed teams regionally and nationally, working as Head of Invoice Finance at RBS/Natwest before joining BFS.
Head of Sales – East Midlands
Kelly has over 30 years Invoice Finance and Asset Finance Experience. He and his experienced team support a range of transactions, including working capital and cashflow, import and export, MBIs and MBOs and funding of contractual debt, including in the construction sector.
Head of Sales – North West
Mel has over 30 years’ experience in the invoice finance industry. She spent 20 years at Lloyds Commercial Finance prior to making the move to BFS, where she worked in operations before she joined the sales team 7 years ago.
Head of Sales – West Midlands
David has over 35 years’ experience in financial services, having worked in Retail Banking at Barclays Bank and Asset Finance at First National Bank prior to joining BFS. He specialises in Asset Based Lending packages, offering structured finance solutions for complex and/ or distressed situations.
Head of Sales - London and South East
Roger has 30 years’ industry experience, working on a range of deals from small factoring to full Asset Based Lending. He has been a strong people leader for the last 15 years of his career, and also sits on the Board of the Park Royal Business Group which supports the largest industrial estate in the UK.

Mike has over 30 years of Invoice Finance and banking experience. Having joined a high street bank when he left school, Mike worked in retail and business banking before making the move to the bank’s Invoice Finance division, in both operational and sales roles.
