Leading independent financial services company, Bibby Financial Services (BFS), has been awarded a place in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies for the seventh time, taking 48th place in the 2018 awards.
BFS is the country’s largest independent invoice finance provider, supporting more than 7,000 businesses in the UK and more than 10,000 worldwide. The Banbury-headquartered business has more than 40 operations globally, with 19 local offices in the UK.
In the past year, BFS provided upwards of £3.3bn to UK SMEs, helping them to grow and thrive.
David Postings, Global Chief Executive for Bibby Financial Services, said: “Being a great place to work is at the heart of our corporate strategy, so I’m delighted that we have yet again featured in the Best Companies list.
“Our client satisfaction rating is an impressive 92% and this is down to having teams of highly motivated and engaged employees supporting them.”
The list is compiled for the Sunday Times by Best Companies and businesses are ranked on criteria such as personal development, charitable giving and employee well-being. This is the seventh time overall and fifth consecutive occasion BFS has featured in the top 100 companies.
The ceremony was held at London’s Battersea Evolution on 22 February.
David Postings continued: “Reaching the top 100 for the seventh time is a fantastic accomplishment. This award validates the importance we place on attracting and retaining leading industry talent, so it means a lot to us to be recognised in this way.
“I would like to offer my thanks and appreciation to our teams across the country for their ongoing hard work and commitment.”
