The UK’s largest independent invoice finance provider, Bibby Financial Services, is delighted to announce that it has been named as Banbury Employer of the Year 2015.
Judges commended the business on its commitment to employees, clients, and the local community.
Commenting on the award, David Postings, Chief Executive at Bibby Financial Services said: “We’re extremely proud of what our teams have achieved and this award demonstrates our commitment to Banbury and the surrounding areas.
“Over the past year, we have significantly invested in our business and our people. We will continue to grow in 2015 and there are exciting opportunities to join our teams throughout the country – including here in Banbury.”
The specialist funder’s trade, construction and international teams - based at Packington House in Banbury - were commended and Luke Froude, Relationship Manager, at Bibby Financial Services was named Banbury Charity Fundraiser of the Year.
The judges praised Luke’s efforts – along with his wife Gemma – to raise £75,000 over five years for the ‘Support for the Sick Newborn and their Parents’ (SSNAP) charity following the tragic 2010 death of their son Finnley, aged four months.

He and his wife have worked tirelessly to fundraise for SSNAP following the sad loss of their son Finnley in 2010. He’s a fantastic team player and a real inspiration to so many people.
