Our selection process

Our selection process helps us learn as much as possible about you and it will include a mix of the following stages, depending on the role you apply for:
  • A thorough review of your CV and online application
  • Telephone interview with one of our recruiters or a hiring manager
  • Further assessment that may include face-to-face competency based interviews; numerical and verbal ability tests; psychometric assessment; case studies or presentations

How to prepare for your assessment

We want to see the best of you, so we will make the assessment process as organised and relaxed for you as possible. Interviews help us get to know you better and also give you an opportunity to find out as much as possible about our culture, ethos, the role you have applied for and about Bibby Financial Services colleagues.

We want you to be excited about the new career opportunity and be yourself. It is also very important that you come prepared to truly stand out. 

Please make sure you:
