Mike Day

Head of Sales

With over 30 years of Invoice Finance and Banking experience, Mike heads up the Sales team in Scotland, Yorkshire & the North East. Having joined a high street bank when he left school, Mike worked in Retail and Business Banking before making the move to the banks invoice finance provider where he had the opportunity to undertake operational and sales roles before making the move to Bibby in 2013. Mike is s strong advocate of Invoice Finance having spent 26 years providing cashflow finance.

James Hart

Business Development Manager

James has worked in the Scotland Team since 2019 following over a decade in Commercial Banking. Specialising in working capital solutions for Scottish businesses and looking after clients from the outset to fully understand their business and help secure the funding they need. This allows James to assist with a range of scenarios for start-ups through to business growth, restructuring and transactional requirements.

David McIntyre

Corporate Manager

Following a 25 year career in sales and banking with Bank of Scotland and Yorkshire Bank , David joined Bibby over 9 years ago. Initially in a construction finance, David joined the corporate finance team 6 years ago. His geographical territory includes Yorkshire, North East and now his homeland of Scotland. Bibby continues to progress it’s corporate offering, and he has been involved in a number of transactions for some of our largest and more complex client structures.

Stuart Morrison

Business Development Manager

Stuart is a Business Development Manager covering Yorkshire, the North East of England and Scotland specialising in Construction Finance. Stuart originally joined Bibby Financial Services in 2019 as a Business Development Executive, supporting the Yorkshire sales team and working closely with operations and onboarding. Promoted through the ranks, Stuart now heads up construction for the region, supporting the cashflow of SME’s across the sector.

Jennifer McGuffie

Assistant Corporate Manager

Jen has worked in the Finance industry since graduating from university with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Management. Jen started her career with Lloyds Banking Group, specialising in Asset Finance. Moving into Invoice Finance at Bibby in 2011, Jen has over 10 years experience with various funders in Invoice Finance. Jen is experienced in Business Development and assisting the Scottish SME market in finding the right financial solution for their business.
