Giving Something Back

We are committed to supporting our local communities. One way we do this is through our unique Giving Something Back programme – a unique initiative which gives all our employees the freedom to raise money or volunteer for charities of their choice. This can be through ‘give as you earn’ schemes, fund matching, and volunteer days.

Whatever your passion and whatever your cause, we are there to support you to make a positive impact and give something back to your community – be it a local project or national charity.

Our commitment to the environment

We are determined to reduce our impact on the environment – through a team of people across the business who drive local change to make a global difference.

As well as meeting our environmental legal obligations, we actively promote measures to reduce the consumption of energy and water and encourage the use of renewable and recyclable resources where possible.

Employees are urged to consider alternatives to business travel, such as the use of video-conferencing, and working from home. Public transport and car sharing are encouraged for necessary travel and we offer a Cycle to Work scheme.
