Niels Gooch
Niels has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, specifically supporting growing SME’s and corporates expanding into international markets. Prior to joining BFS, he helped build a global FX risk management business, where he grew and developed sales teams in the UK and across Europe. He has held a variety of leadership positions over the last 10 years, most recently as a UK & EMEA Sales Director, spearheading growth across the region.

Toby Weston
Toby is Head of Trading at Bibby Foreign Exchange and leads the FX trading function, supporting clients with market insight, execution and risk management solutions. He works closely with sales and introducer teams to ensure clients have access to competitive pricing, reliable execution and expert guidance across spot and forward FX transactions.
Corporate Foreign Exchange Manager
Alex Cooper
Alex works with SMEs and professional introducers to help manage FX transaction costs and currency risk. He supports clients with spot trading and hedging solutions, and works closely with accountants, finance brokers, corporate lawyers and business consultants to deliver practical foreign exchange support and protect cashflow.

Matthew Marsden
Matthew is focused on growing Bibby Foreign Exchange’s presence across the North of England. Based in Leeds, he works with SMEs and large corporates to help manage currency exposure, implement hedging strategies and support wider funding and growth objectives. Matthew previously held a similar role at Convera before joining BFX.

James Baxter
James graduated in Economics and Finance from Loughborough University and has over 15 years’ experience in the foreign exchange industry. He works closely with clients to develop bespoke strategies that help manage currency risk and support informed decision-making. He holds the Investment Advice Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

James Paton
James brings a wealth of FX experience, having managed corporate accounts in Scotland for over 20 years. He recognises the importance of providing a trusted and reliable FX facility, and takes pride in supporting our network and introducing the benefits of using Bibby FX.
