Mike has over 30 years of Invoice Finance and banking experience. Having joined a high street bank when he left school, Mike worked in retail and business banking before making the move to the bank’s Invoice Finance division, in both operational and sales roles.

Regional Head of Corporate - North

Dan has 16 years’ experience within commercial finance and corporate banking across the SME and mid-market space. Dan heads up the Corporate North team which supports a range of transactions including Working Capital & Cashflow.

Business Development Manager

James has worked in the Scotland team since 2019, specialising in working capital solutions for Scottish businesses, he prides himself on looking after clients from the outset to fully understand the funding they need.

Corporate Manager

Following a 25 year career with the Bank of Scotland and Yorkshire Bank, David joined BFS over 9 years ago. BFS continues to progress its corporate offering, and he has been involved in a number of transactions for some of our largest and more complex client structures.

Business Development Manager

Gayle joined the Scotland team in May 2023 and has almost two decades of experience in the banking and commercial finance sectors. She joins from Lloyds Banking Group where she supported the growth of around 250 SMEs in both operational and sales roles, her most recent role was Associate Director of Invoice Finance.

Assistant Corporate Manager

Jen has worked in the Finance industry since university and started her career with Lloyds Banking Group, specialising in Asset Finance. Moving into Invoice Finance when she first joined BFS in 2011, Jen has over 10 years’ experience with various funders in Invoice Finance and is experienced in Business Development and assisting the Scottish SME market in finding the right financial solution.

BDM - Construction

Stuart is a BDM covering Yorkshire, the North East of England and Scotland, specialising in Construction Finance. Stuart originally joined Bibby Financial Services in 2019 as a BDE, supporting the Yorkshire sales team and working closely with operations and onboarding. Promoted through the ranks, Stuart now heads up construction for the region, supporting the cashflow of SMEs across the sector.

Business Development Executive

Joseph recently joined BFS as a BDE. Joseph is new to the Finance Market, but brings with him the enthusiasm to develop and achieve. Joseph is key in supporting the BDM in delivering our ambitions. He is involved in every aspect of the sales process and helps us ensure our focus on continuous improvement and our excellent customer experience.
