We are committed to conducting our business in a responsible and ethical manner.

Acting responsibly and doing the right thing are central to how we interact with all of the audiences we serve, from our clients and employees, to our business partners and suppliers.

Furthermore, we are committed to contributing positively to the local communities we work in as well as minimising our impact on the environment.

Modern Slavery Act statement

We are committed to conducting business in a sustainable and responsible manner. Our corporate values and company policies promote ethical business practices. We have a zero tolerance of slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking.

We pay the real living wage, at least, to all eligible colleagues and comply with country laws governing labour standards wherever we do business.

We require the same high standards from our clients, suppliers, contractors and other business partners.

Iceland Charity Trek 2019

We work with our parent company, the Bibby Line Group in supporting national and local charities as part of the Giving Something Back programme.

In August 2019, 16 trekkers from across Bibby Line Group took part in a once-in-a-lifetime Icelandic adventure, which saw them trek through breathtaking lava fields, multi-coloured mountains and shining glaciers.

Colleagues that completed the 55km challenge raised over £25,000 for their chosen charities. Watch the video below to find out more.

We are committed to doing business in an ethical and responsible way. Our Corporate Responsibility strategy shapes the way we do business, helping us to contribute positively to the communities we work in. Edward Winterton, UK CEO, Bibby Financial Services
