Pay

We know that your pay should reflect the work you do and the contribution you make to our business. You will receive this in two ways:

  • Base Salary: we offer competitive base salaries with pay progression in our annual pay review based on performance
  • Variable Pay: our variable pay and incentive plans mean our colleagues are appropriately rewarded for their hard work and commitment

Core and flexible benefits

We have some core benefits which we offer all of our colleagues, such as minimum 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private medical cover for you and your family, and a pension scheme that matches 5% of your earnings, if you contribute a minimum of 4%.

We also offer you the ability to make benefit choices that suit your personal needs. That is why all of our colleagues have access to a wide range of flexible benefits, from health assessments to Gymflex to buying or selling up to four days of holiday.

To show how much we believe in you, we give you two days’ pay a year towards your selections. You also get exclusive savings at 1000’s of retailers through our exclusive discounts scheme.
