There are a number of stages within our selection process as it is very important to us that the right people work with us and that you have the opportunities to decide for yourself whether we are the right company and career choice for you.

  • Complete and submit our application form and your CV.
  • Informal telephone interview with a member of HR
  • Assessment Centre which includes a formal interview, team activities, debate
  • Employment checks
  • Second interview at the potential operating company/location with the Director of the business – this incorporates an opportunity for you to meet our teams and understand what it is like to work there
  • Receive an offer
  • Visit your designated office and meet your line manager before you join us
