Client Online Update 26 March - Schedule Upload Messaging Improvements

To improve the process of uploading schedules to Client Online we are pleased to advise that following client feedback a number of enhancements have been made to the error messaging functionality.
These enhancements ensure that error messages are more specific to assist you in identifying and resolving issues so that you can successfully upload your schedules more quickly.

If you are unable to rectify the error and require assistance the Client Online Service Desk is available on 0800 783 0314 and of course your local dedicated contacts are on hand to help you if required. 
You will now be able to check the Assignment status on your batch in the Assignment Confirmation section of Client Online to confirm if your batch has been accepted.
