OPERATIONS:
These roles involve working in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
responsible for building close relationships with our clients.
Data Input Clerk
It all starts here — your first step on the ladder to a career within the
operations team, providing administrative support to our Credit Controllers
and Client Managers.
Credit Controller
As the first and most frequent point of contact for our clients and their
customers, we’ll look to you to offer them accurate and informed
information and advice, and to ensure our standards of customer service are
simply second to none. You’ll be involved in range of duties that are
essential in ensuring our clients accounts run smoothly.
Client Manager
In this role you will ensure the security and profitability of the company
through efficient and effective credit control of a portfolio of clients.
This will involve establishing and maintaining a professional and efficient
relationship with your clients. You will also work alongside and manage a
team of credit controllers.
SALES:
Business Development Manager
Our sales personnel are responsible for generating new business
opportunities and achieving sales targets as well as establishing a network
of business introducers whilst also promoting the Bibby Financial Services
brand within the industry.
Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator is an integral part of the sales team, offering
administrative support to ensure new business opportunities are progressed
quickly and efficiently.
MANAGEMENT:
Operations Manager and Director
As a member of the senior management team, you will lead and develop the
operations team to ensure effective management of all operational
procedures including risk management thus making an essential contribution
to company profitability. You will also implement and maintain excellent
standards of client service within your team.
Sales Director
You would be the sales specialist of the senior management team, leading
and developing the sales team to maximize business opportunities and drive
profitability. You will actively contribute to the business, leading by
example and achieving a personal target for new business.
CENTRAL SUPPORT TEAM:
Based in Banbury, Oxfordshire the Central Support Team are responsible for
driving the business forward in their areas of expertise. In addition to
this we aim to build business partnerships with the network of companies
within the Bibby Financial Services Group to support their activities
working alongside them to provide advice and guidance using our specialist
skills and knowledge.
